1. The free scan
The AI visibility scan is free. There is nothing to refund.
2. beknown Tracking subscriptions
beknown Tracking costs $99 per month, or $990 per year. You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, your access continues to the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
3. First-payment guarantee
Not happy in the first two weeks? Ask within 14 days of your first tracking payment and we refund that payment in full.
4. Billing mistakes
Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full. Tell us and we fix it.
5. Done-for-you projects
Fix, rebuild, and ongoing projects are scoped individually through our contact form. Refund terms for these projects are agreed in writing before work starts.
6. How refunds arrive
Payments run through our payment partner, the merchant of record. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
