beknown is an AI visibility service, available at beknownhq.com. We show businesses how AI assistants and AI search results describe them, and we help improve that visibility. By using the site or the service, you agree to these terms.

• A free AI visibility scan, limited to one scan per business.
• beknown Tracking, a paid subscription that re-checks your AI visibility every week.
• Done-for-you services (fixes, rebuilds, ongoing work), scoped individually through our contact form.

• Give accurate information about yourself and your business.
• Only scan or track a business you own or are authorized to represent.
• Keep your sign-in credentials private.

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment partner, who acts as the merchant of record. That means the payment partner is the seller of record for the transaction and processes your card securely. We never see or store your card number.

Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page. If a price changes, we tell subscribers by email before their next billing cycle.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

• No bulk, scripted, or automated scanning.
• No probing or collecting data about businesses you have no relationship with.
• No attempts to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

AI answers change constantly. Scores and reports are a measurement at a point in time, not a promise. We do not guarantee rankings, AI mentions, traffic, or business results.

You keep ownership of the business information you give us. Reports we generate for you are yours to use for your business. The service itself, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to beknown.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can stop using beknown at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where that is reasonable.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms. Material changes appear on this page with a new date, and subscribers are told by email.
